“ Im Herzen Meldorf's befindet sich ein kleines, unscheinbares Café, in der Nähe vom Marktplatz, in einer der Gehstraßen. Das Cafe Rosa, dementsprechend ist es auch farblich eingerichtet. Ein paar kleine Tische laden zum Verweilen und Wohlfühlen ein und das nicht zu Unrecht. Man wird von der Besitzerin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt um dann seinen Wunsch vorzutragen. Bei mir war es der Erwerb einer Torte. Schon die Mannigfaltigkeit des Angebotes lässt einen erstaunen. (siehe Bild) Zusammen mit der sehr fachkundigen Dame wird die Torte individuell auf den Empfänger. " zugeschnitten." Nachher, beim Verzehr genießt man das Kunstwerk, leicht, locker, bekömmlich und sehr wohlschmeckend und sie liegt auch nach mehreren Stücken, ( ich kann immer soo schlecht an mich halten wenn es so etwas gibt), in keinster Weise schwer im Magen. Das zeugt von sehr guter Verarbeitung und Qualität Die nächste Torte!!! kommt natürlich wieder vom Cafe Rosa. Hin und genießen ”
